Dr. Monique St. Pierre
Dr. Monique St.Pierre grew up in Northwest Arkansas and is an avid fotball fan and alumni. Monique became interested in exercises, rehabilitation, physical therapy, and helping others to become their best after sustaining an injury that left her medical team telling her she would never be able to walk normal or run again. Through her passion for exercise, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and the power of a positive outlook Monique is now able to participate in all prior recreational activities, runs half marathons, and believes that no one should be told they will never accomplish their dreams.
Monique received her Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in exercise physiology from the University of Arkansas where she worked as a personal trainer and group exercises instructor through schooling for 7 years where she worked with clients from collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, and geriatrics.
Once persuaded to obtain a career in physical therapy she attended the University of Central Arkansas to receive her doctorate of physical therapy and also achieved awards for excellence in research and excellence in service. Monique is now a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Living in Florida her work involves helping others rehabilitate from injuries, to return to their prior level of fitness or to reach even greater goals.
Monique created Circuit Burnout and Circuit Burnout 90, bringing great workouts and results to many.
